The carnival is the biggest annual community event in Woodley and the surrounding area. Attracting over 7000 local residents and 100+ pitches on the field we offer some great opportunities to connect with the community. Advertising and sponsorship are a fundamental part of Woodley Carnival's fundraising efforts, being a supporter of this worthwhile community event demonstrates that you recognise that our community is important to your business.
As a community event the carnival relies on practical and financial support from organisations and individuals. The 2018 carnival cost over £45,000 to put on and we're hoping to make Carnival 2019 bigger and better, so we need your help to get us there.
We are always on the lookout for new Sponsorship for the Carnival. We rely on the donations of Sponsors so that we can run the Carnival successfully. We are proud that we have kindly been sponsored and supported by local business in our Community in the past and hope that this will continue in future years.
We have tailored some packages to give you an idea of what we can offer but would welcome ideas if you have any thoughts on sponsorship opportunities.
CARNIVAL SPONSORSHIP
There will be six prestige sponsors at the carnival and each will receive the greatest exposure. These companies will receive a pitch on the carnival field with regular publicity via the public-address system. Your company name and logo will feature on the main sponsors list in the programme and on the main stage branding on carnival day, plus a full-page colour advert in the carnival programme. Your logo and link will also be on the Carnival website, plus Facebook and Twitter mentions. - Price on application
PROGRAMME ADVERTISING
A fantastic opportunity to promote your business or club. Our programme is delivered to over 16,000 local homes in Woodley and the surrounding area. All adverts include your logo and link on the Carnival website, mentions on our Facebook and Twitter feeds.

ATTRACTION SPONSORSHIP
We have a wide range of FREE entertainment to suit all ages. This provides the perfect platform to give businesses and organisations an ideal opportunity to promote themselves directly to the local community through sponsorship. Attraction sponsorship starts at £300, allowing you to have a major presence on the carnival field by branding the attraction and benefit from additional exposure on the website and any literature produced mentioning the attraction.
You may already have your own attraction you could bring along, like a climbing wall. We would love to hear from you.
