The Carnival is the biggest annual community event in Woodley and the surrounding area. Attracting over 7000 local residents and 100+ pitches on the field we offer some great opportunities to connect with the community. Advertising and sponsorship are a fundamental part of Woodley Carnival's fundraising efforts, being a supporter of this worthwhile community event demonstrates that you recognise that our community is important to your business.
As a community event the Carnival relies on practical and financial support from organisations and individuals. The 2023 Carnival cost over £55,000 to put on and we're hoping to make this year's Carnival bigger and better, so we need your help to get us there.
We are always on the lookout for new sponsorship for the Carnival. We rely on the donations of Sponsors so that we can run the Carnival successfully. We are proud that we have kindly been sponsored and supported by local business in our Community in the past and hope that this will continue in future years.
We have tailored some packages to give you an idea of what we can offer but would welcome ideas if you have any thoughts on sponsorship opportunities.
HEADLINE SPONSORSHIP
There will be six prestige sponsors at the Carnival and for £2000 each will receive the greatest exposure. These companies
will receive:
- Logo above the Main Stage
- Attraction Sponsorship
- Full Page Programme Advert
- Carnival Social Media Posts
- Complementary Stall on Carnival Day
- Complementary Wristbands
- Logo on the Carnival website
ATTRACTION SPONSORSHIP
Starting from £1000 this allows your company to have a major presence on the Carnival field. You’ll be able to include your branding alongside the FREE attraction your sponsorship has made possible. You will also benefit from additional exposure on the Carnival website and any literature produced mentioning the attraction.
You may already have your own attraction you could bring along, like a climbing wall. We would love to hear from you.
PROGRAMME ADVERTISING
A fantastic opportunity to promote your business or club from as little as £80. Our programme is delivered to over 12,000 local homes in Woodley and the surrounding area. Any purchase will include your logo and link on the Carnival website.
