Carnival 2026 is ready to throw Woodley's biggest party! The annual carnival brings our community groups and businesses together in Woodford Park (Memorial ground) for the biggest outdoor event in Woodley town's calendar.

The Carnival comprises of stalls from charities and local groups, free participation attractions, a funfair, an arena full with acts from local groups, food outlets and the Carnival Bar.

SEE ON THE FIELD

We had lots to see on the field during Carnival Afternoon 2026 :

  • the Dog Show, brought to you by Holistic Hounds - head to get involved to enter your canine
  • the Classic Car Show, brought to you by Hants and Berks Motor Club
  • the Flower Show, brought to you by Woodley Flower Club
  • JAC Outreach farmyard, bringing a range of animals, including ponies!
  • fantastic displays from local enthusiasts
  • our roaming attractions bringing bubbles, movie characters and stilt walkers to the field
  • the incredible Falcon Display and Show thanks to Trademark Windows

For younger visitors we had three FREE participation attractions thanks to our Headline Sponsors.

Local community groups also provided over 80 stalls for you to explore, maybe you tried your luck on a tombola or human fruit machine, had a go on a bungee run, purchased cakes and crafts, joined a club or signed up to be a volunteer for a community charity.

Fancied an adrenaline rush? Maybe you headed over to our Carnival Fairground and took a ride on the dodgems, waltzer, ferris wheel and more.
